In Singapore it's not unusual to see signages in poorly translated English. We were on our way to lunch and were at a traffic junction when I as usual was quick to 'criticise' another 'bad English' banner till my husband laughed out and pointed out that it was a play of words. The banner had 2 chefs holding up different types of roasted meat with an English phrase amongst the Chinese characters. It read "Just Do Eat" . Either they're really witty or thats exactly how they pronounce the word "It" - Wonder what Nike would say to that - Just Do It! Just a bit of afternoon trivia ;p
