Chaos in the kitchen as we struggle to get

lunch ready. Our domestic helper is visibly

missing. She's doing something totally

unrelated to whatever's going on in the

kitchen!!!

The photo of beautifully wrapped gifts,

are the gifts my dear personal Santarina

(I cannot use her initials anymore as she

really dislikes the 'publicity' ;D ) delivered

early on Christmas morning. The blue box

with the beautiful gold bow is for my mum.

Very, very thoughtful of her.

The lunch spread also shows a gift from

another dear friend SC. The plate of

sliced ham came from a nice portion of

Virgina ham which she arranged for me.

I sliced and served the ham with pineapple

cubes and applesauce.

I forgot to take a photo of the leg of honey

baked ham which I made.
