CHINESE NEW YEAR 2007


We've just come home from the annual chinese new year reunion dinner. This was attended by all my father-in-law's children and in-laws and grandchildren and a niece that is very much like a daugher to him, and her husband and children. One of my brother's in law on a business trip to NY is snowed in and missed the dinner. The rest of the family, patriach who is 85 years old, his 13 grandchildren, grand nephew and niece were all present for the reunion.

Before dinner we sang "Give Thanks" whilst my youngest brother-in-law provided the music on his guitar. After a short thanksgiving prayer, we tucked in!
