This picture was sent to my by my daughter.
A water spout was cited over Singapore waters around 2.40 pm Singapore time and she could see it from the 30th floor of her office building. She has a beautiful view of some parts of Singapore and she calls herself the 'weather girl' because she can see where its raining and where its not. The cluster of apartments is in an area called Tanjong Rhu and thats the Benjamin Sheares Bridge to the right of the photo - which is part of our Expressway leading to and from the city
