SNOW SKIN WITH MOCHA TRUFFLE

These are snow skin (translucent white skin vs the traditional heavier dough skin) and is filled with mocha truffle Just the right sweetness with a hint of mocha. Yummmmm.............

Truffle here would be the confection used for choclates etc. and not the mushroom variety.
