November 10th was Charlene's birthday. We were invited to Yvonne's for a lunch party for some of her close friends and they sprung a surprise by bringing out one of Charlene's favourite cakes - a lemon meringue pie. When she was studying in Perth, Yvonne and Monica planned a surprise 21st birthday party for her and this time round they did it again. In this photo Nicholas lights the sole candle on the pie. This LMP was made by the same baker who made the wedding cake and he used to be at our favourite cafe at the corner of Northbridge before venturing out on his own.
