A BIG surprise birthday bash for our Mum who thought she was going to be celebrating her birthday at One degree 15 and was sent off to the hairdressers whilst my sister got the house decked out and ready for the surprise party. The surprise was almost ruined when the caterers arrived before she could leave the house .... almost...but we managed to pull it off without her noticing them come in through one entrance whilst she left through another.The celebrations will continue when my husband returns from overseas later this week.
Missing tonight were her eldest grandson, currently on assignment in NY, my husband also on an outstation assignment but her three children, 2 in-laws and 4 grandchildren helped make this a really fun and memorable night for her!
